While having the Silver Jubilee Meet at Puri in December 2000, we decided to have the next get-together at Rourkela. Accordingly in consulatation with friends at Cuttack and Bhubaneswar it was decided to have it on 12th and 13th of November- the 2nd Saturday and Sunday of the month. In April 2005 a request letter to all friends whose address could be collected was sent with a clear message to intimate others they are in touch with and send the address and phone numbers. A copy of the letter follows this publication.
