Bidhu meets Prof. Sudharani Kar

Today 29 Oct 2017,Met our teacher Prof Sudharani Kar at IIT D campus.She is now 81,sharp in her memory,stays with her son Subrat Kar Prof IIT Delhi.Spent an hour with her.Her husband and our teacher Prof Prafulla Kar expired in 2003.There is a story behind this.Four days days back,I was looking on the internet about our MKCG teachers.Prafulla Kar was cited as translator into Oriya of Jim Corbett's books>this lead to a review of translations >> lead further to the contact of his son Subrat Kar as faculty in IIT D.I wrote a mail on a whim to Subrat and he invited me and family to meet Prof Sudharani Kar.
