Bibhuti Baba's final discourse

Daly Puja, Special Puja & Occasional Pujas. All procedures, called NITI, are all documented in Srimandir Swatwalipi/ Madalapanji. There are as much as 22-24 Nitis. Let us see a few.

-At Dawn , about 5AM, Mangalarati, with 21 Pradip, done by three Pandas. Next Mailam, dress of previous nightis taken of. All “Good Night “ offerings, like Pana, Gua, Coconut water, called “Pahada” are removed.

-6-6.30AM- Abakasha Niti- danta Ghasa- Mango Tig- Just shown.

-Snana- Scented water sprinkled over the reflected image of deities on a glazed copper plate(mirror)

( In Mahasnan, all deities have real bath, daily soaking with water will rot wooden body)

-Again Mailam- New clothes are put on, Akhanda Pradip Lighted,

7-8AM- Besha Lagi- Different Beshas as per dress code as per Tithi round the year. Rosahoma, Surja Puja &

Dwarapal Puja at the same time.

9-9.30AM- Sakaala (Morning)Dhupa- After Golal Ballav Bhoga, Gupta Puja with Sadodhopachaar( Asana,

Swagata, Padya etc.) by only three Pandas. Jagannath with Gopal Archan Mantra, Balabhadra

withBasudev Mantra & Subhadra with ekakshari mantra.

1 PM- Madhyahna (Noon) Dhupa- As like Morning dhupa.

After lunch, deities have a nap of couple of hours.

5PM- Sandhyarati- Clothes changed & Gupta Puja.

8-9.30PM-Sandhya Dhupa- Jaya Mangala Arati after dinner. Again Snana Mela.

10 PM- Dress changed & Chandana lagi. Priests offer Tambula with”Manima… Manima” call.Bada

srungara besha done with Floral crown, Chandrika, Nakuasi, Kundala, Karapallaba & Tulasi Mala.(See attachment)

11PM- Bada Shrungara Dhupa- Sweets offered, 3 beds brought.

11.45-12MN- Shayana Niti- Nidradevi taken out, Pahada offered, Pandas Sing Good Night song.
