An Appeal

Dear all,

A get-together of all batch-mates of MKCG-1975 is being organised on 7th March 2010 at Bhubaneswar.

Venue- Pantha Niwas, Konark

Its a one-day get-together. We expect all of you to arrive at Bhubaneswar and take your own transport to Pantha Niwas in Konark on 7th March morning along with your family and leave by 7th evening.

For rental, break-fast(not after 1030 AM), lunch, tea & dinner, we need to contribute Rs. 1500.00 per family and Rs.1000.00 for single members attending the meet. (This is specially done by Mihir to encourage members to come with families). Prasanna can be contacted on +919437026526 and you can send the exact amount to the account below.

We expect you all to get down at Bhubaneswar and come and attend the meet but those who need accommodation in Bhubaneswar/Konark may contact Mihir or Sachi and make extra payment for accommodation.

Prasanna suggests that anyone reaching Bhubanswar on 6th March can contact him for a dinner-get-together at Pantha Niwas in Konark- Mobile-9437026526.Its a pre-meet get-together for friends available on 6th on contributory basis.

All willing friends are requested to send money to Sachi or the account opened by Prasanna in State Bank of India in the name of Friends whose details are given below.

But the main issue is to make friends know of the Date and also request them to attend it. I request all of you going through the post to kindly spare some time and call your close class-mates to attend the meet.
